I lead the Commercial Sales & Leasing function while continuing to oversee a high-performing Property Management division, giving clients the advantage of strategic oversight across the full property lifecycle.
With deep experience across commercial, industrial, and residential assets, my focus is on maximising asset performance—whether through structured leasing strategies, active tenant management, or disciplined operational execution. I work closely with owners, investors, and occupiers to deliver outcomes that are commercially sound, compliant, and sustainable.
My dual role ensures continuity between management and transaction, allowing opportunities to be identified early, risks managed proactively, and value unlocked through informed decision-making rather than reactive advice.

We’ve worked with plenty of real estate agents over the years, but Mark has been in a league of his own.
What started as a fairly straightforward rental turned into a bit of a saga involving flood damage, insurance headaches, missing trades, and delays that went well beyond anything you'd normally expect. Through it all, Mark was the calm in the storm.
